ProjectVIEW ERP Master SaaS Framework — cloud platform reference

What is the ProjectVIEW ERP Master SaaS Framework?

The ProjectVIEW ERP Master SaaS Framework is the reference document that sets out how DANAOS Projects delivers, supports and protects ProjectVIEW ERP as a managed cloud service. It defines the service scope, service levels, support model, software testing, training, data protection, information security, business continuity and end-of-life commitments that apply to every customer’s dedicated environment.

The Framework is reference collateral to the commercial agreement and is not a standalone binding contract. Where the Commercial Contract differs from the Framework, the Commercial Contract prevails (§1.3).

Frequently asked questions

What availability does ProjectVIEW ERP commit to?

The production environment has a Service Level Objective of 99.9% monthly availability, with a Recovery Point Objective of 15 minutes and a Recovery Time Objective of 4 hours. See Chapter 3 — Service Level Agreement.

Is each customer’s environment isolated?

Yes. Each customer runs in a dedicated, private, sovereign Microsoft Azure environment with its own virtual machines, database instances, storage accounts and virtual network. There is no multi-tenant data commingling. See §2.1.1.

Who owns the data, and how is it returned?

The customer keeps sole ownership of all customer data. Exports are delivered within 2 business days of a written request, as a SQL Server backup, CSV, JSON or XML, with a SHA-256 hash and a row-count certificate. See §9.9 and §10.10.

How long does it take to implement ProjectVIEW ERP?

A typical implementation takes 5 to 7 months, depending on the modules, the number of entities and the data migration.
