API · ProjectVIEW ERP
How does the ProjectVIEW ERP API connect project operations with the corporate ERP?
The ProjectVIEW ERP API exchanges data between the ERP of the operating company and the corporate ERP. Project transactions remain linked to BoQ items, WBS activities and cost codes, while shared intercompany accounts connect them to the corporate ledger. Each record has one owner system, so integration avoids entering the same transaction twice.

In most of our implementations, ProjectVIEW ERP serves as the primary ERP system for the project-based operating branch, managing project-specific operations, financials, and resource planning.
The API mainly facilitates integration with the holding company’s ERP system, preventing duplicate entries and ensuring bilateral data flow between the operating company (subsidiary) and the parent organization (group or holding company).
This integration provides unified financial consolidation, compliance, and enterprise-wide reporting

Integration at a glance
| Area | How it works |
|---|---|
| ERP interfaces | REST Web APIs using JSON/XML, and SOAP Web APIs, as described in the corporate ERP integration architecture. |
| Data ownership and flow | Each record has one owner system. Project transactions flow to the corporate ERP; master data and corporate postings flow back through the agreed integration. |
| Shared accounting structure | Oracle Fusion: intercompany Cost Codes (Cost Control Accounts). SAP S/4HANA: intercompany Cost Centers and Order Accounts. |
