Implementation Roadmap The implementation of customizations in ProjectVIEW ERP begins with the launch of our out-of-the-box (vanilla) version on the Azure Cloud (pilot environment), which serves as the foundation for possible customizations and configuration. Once launched, we gather detailed user requirements through onboarding sessions and workshops to capture the unique needs of the organization. Using an agile methodology, we then proceed with customization in 3-4 day sprints, focusing on specific business workflows, features, and functionality. After each sprint, feedback is gathered from users to ensure that customizations align with their expectations, allowing for iterative improvements. As the customizations progress, we conduct User Acceptance Testing to validate the changes and refine the system as necessary.
