1About these terms

These terms govern your use of danaos-projects.com, projectview.ai, chat.projectview.ai, projectview.wiki and projectviewerp.com (the “Websites”). The Websites are operated by DANAOS Projects Software Solutions LLC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“DANAOS”, “we”). Our company details are on the Imprint page.

When you use the Websites, you accept these terms. If you use them on behalf of your employer, you confirm that you can accept these terms for your employer.

2Customer contracts

These terms do not cover subscriptions, licences, implementation or support for ProjectVIEW ERP or ProjectVIEW AI. Your signed agreement and the Master SaaS Framework govern those services. If they conflict with these terms, your agreement prevails.

3Acceptable use

You may browse, read and share our public pages. You must not:

• try to get unauthorised access to the Websites, our systems or the data of other users;
• test, scan or probe the Websites for vulnerabilities without our written permission;
• upload malware or interfere with the normal operation of the Websites;
• send automated requests at a volume that affects performance;
• submit false information in forms or impersonate another person or company;
• use the Websites for any unlawful purpose.

Search engines and AI assistants may index our public pages within the limits of our robots.txt file.

4Intellectual property

The text, graphics, screenshots, videos, documents and software on the Websites belong to DANAOS or its licensors. The DANAOS and ProjectVIEW names and logos are our trademarks.

You may quote short extracts if you give a clear credit and a link to the source page. For any other copy, change, distribution or commercial use, you need our written permission.

5Downloads and gated content

Some brochures, videos and guides are available after you complete a form. They are for your evaluation of our products. Do not give access to third parties and do not remove copyright notices.

6AI assistant

The ProjectVIEW AI assistant gives automated answers about our products. The answers can be incomplete or wrong. They are not professional, legal or financial advice, and they are not part of an offer or contract. Do not enter confidential information.

7Information on the websites

The content of the Websites is general information. We try to keep it accurate and current, but we do not guarantee it. Product features, timelines and examples can change. Pricing depends on the modules, the number of users and the deployment option. Nothing on the Websites is a binding offer.

8Third-party links

The Websites link to sites and services that we do not control, for example Doodle, YouTube and LinkedIn. We are not responsible for their content or practices. Their own terms apply.

9Liability

We provide the Websites “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, DANAOS is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data, or decisions that you make based on the content of the Websites. We do not guarantee that the Websites are free from errors, interruptions or harmful components.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

10Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data that we collect through the Websites.

11Changes and availability

We can change, suspend or remove any part of the Websites, and we can update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. If you continue to use the Websites after a change, you accept the updated terms.

12Governing law

The laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, govern these terms. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction.

13General

• If a court finds part of these terms invalid, the rest stays in force.
• If we do not enforce a right, we do not waive it.
• We publish these terms in English, Spanish, Japanese, Indonesian, Arabic and Georgian. If the versions differ, the English version prevails.
