Our group companies, DANAOS Software Solutions FZ-LLC (Meydan Free Zone, Dubai) and DANAOS Software Solutions Branch Office (Philippines), support the operation of this website. Full registration details are on our Imprint.
DANAOS Projects is an independent company. It is separate from Danaos Corporation (NYSE: DAC).

This policy covers personal data we process when you use danaos-projects.com, projectview.ai, chat.projectview.ai, projectview.wiki and projectviewerp.com, or when you contact us through them.

7International transfers
We operate from the UAE, Greece and the Philippines. Some of our providers process data in the EU and the United States. When data leaves the UAE or the European Economic Area, we use the safeguards that the law allows, such as adequacy decisions and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (2021/914).
8How long we keep data
We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purpose for which we collected it, or as long as the law requires. Then we delete or anonymise it.

Our information security management system is certified to ISO/IEC 27001. We restrict access to authorised staff, encrypt data in transit and review our providers before we use them. No system is fully secure. If a breach affects your rights, we inform you and the authorities as the law requires.
10Your rights
Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation, you can:
Send your request to admin@danaos-projects.com. We reply within one month. You can also complain to the UAE Data Office or, in the EU, to your local data protection authority.
11AI assistant on this site
The ProjectVIEW AI assistant answers questions about our products. The answers are generated automatically and can contain errors. Do not enter confidential or personal information in the chat. We use chat transcripts to improve the answers.
12Children
This website is for business users. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
13Changes to this policy
We update this policy when our practices or the law change. The date at the top shows the current version. For material changes, we also show a notice on the website.
