DANAOS ProjectVIEW ERP will enhance Aliya’s operations with the main focus on Construction Management, Cost Control and Projects Performance Management, providing insights on all major processes: Tendering, Procurement, Budgeting, Site Operations, Machinery, HR and Accounting.

As a standard practice, ProjectVIEW ERP will be fully integrated with Oracle Primavera P6 facilitating the trilateral integration concept between BoQ-WBS and Cost Codes, the basis of managing Real Progress and Real Costs by continuously comparing and managing Actual vs Budgeted Cost, in real-time.
