Digital Quality Management

Construction Project Quality Plans are project-specific documents. They form part of the Construction Contractor’s QA/QC systems (often based on ISO standards) and include quality forms, processes, checklists, and specifications. These plans detail how the contractor will control and assure the quality of each construction deliverable. Similar to the Project Quality Plan, the principal contractor must also submit and adhere to a Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Plan during the construction phase.

The ProjectVIEW ERP Records Management System will be part of the ProjectVIEW ERP v.12 major update, expected end 2025.

It facilitates the digitization of Project Quality and HSE Plans using a Web Form Designer, a Workflow Engine, and a tool for managing users and their rights. Quality and HSE forms are fully digitized, encapsulating all required fields, comments, snagging details, and milestones for each QA/QC or HSE form. Using a powerful workflow engine, the system digitally circulates each form (either manually or automatically) to specified project stakeholders (users) for task allocation, review, approval, and commenting.

Furthermore, the system provides version control for each Form/Record and integrates cost/duration attributes from the ERP ecosystem with quality and HSE properties, thereby providing holistic enterprise project management capabilities.
